Mini Newborn Session: $250.00
Includes a 1 hour session in Charlottesville Virginia Studio. Includes 7 images in full color and b&w.; Does not include siblings or family portraits.

Full Newborn Session: $425.00

Includes a 2-3 hour session in studio in Charlottesville, VA. Includes 20 images in full color and b&w.; Family and sibling portraits included.

In-home lifestyle session: $425.00
includes 1-1 1/2 hour session in your home and 20 images in full color and b&w.; Family and Siblings included. Photos are kept very simple and there is minimal posing.

Milestones Package 1: $650.00

Includes a 6-7 month old session and 1 year session. 6-7 month session includes 15-20 images in full color and b&w.; One year session includes 25+ images in full color as well as b&w.;
*Add-on a cake smash for $100.00

Milestones Package 2: $975.00

Includes a full studio newborn session, a 6-7 month old session and a 1 year session.
*newborn session is in my studio in Charlottesville, VA. Includes 20 images in full color and b&w; available for download.
*6-7 month session primary focus is on baby. Includes one or two family portraits. Comes with 15 images in full color and b&w; available for download.
*1 year sessions includes several family and sibling portraits etc. Primary focus is one year old. Comes with 25+ images in full color and b&w; available for download. Add on a cake smash to the session for $100.00. Cake smash comes with complimentary 12×12 digital image storyboard for client to print.
Sessions can take place indoor or outdoor. One year session cake smash can be in studio and then move outdoors for family portraits. Outdoor location must be within 10-15 miles from my studio.

Maternity Session: $275.00

Includes a 45 minute studio or outdoor session with 15 images in full color and b&w.;

Full Family Session: $400.00

Includes a one-hour session with 30+ images in full color and b&w.; Includes up to 5 family members. Each additional person is $25.00.
*Add on a cake smash for $100.00.

Short Session: $275.00

includes a 20-30 minute session in studio or outdoor in Fluvanna County, VA. Includes 10 images in full color and b&w.;
Can be a family session with up to 4 people, children, seniors or couples.

Cake Smash: $300.00

includes a one-hour session in my studio in Charlottesville, VA or outdoors (weather permitting) with 15-20 images in color and b&w; available for download. (cake smash portraits give in color only) Comes with a complimentary 12×12 digital cake smash storyboard like the one pictured below for clients to print.
Cake smash sessions start with some portraits of just baby. (without cake, simple studio shots) Finish up with cake smash. Changing outfits is fine as long as time permits it.
Payment Information:
*$100.00 deposit due upon booking and is non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks after session for images to be available for download. *Oldfields Photography prefers you pay your deposit via paypal online just to keep things less complicated. (paypal accepts all major credit cards) If you do not have a paypal account and do not want to set one up, you can mail me a check. All major credit cards accepted in person. **Any digital images purchased will be sent electronically. **Any other items purchased will be delivered in person or mailed within 14 days. **VA 5% sales tax does apply. *Military families receive receive a $25.00 discount.

Which session are you booking? *
Location Costs and Fees:

CLIENT shall be responsible for payment of any costs or fees associated with use of the location for photography session chosen by the CLIENT. OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY will not assume, guarantee, or arrange payment for use of any location chosen by CLIENT. Travel is included in the session fees up to a 30 mile radius of the Palmyra, Virginia area. Travel outside of this area will require an added fee, as agreed upon in writing prior to execution of this Agreement or Agreement modification and any scheduled photography session.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:

In the event that the CLIENT or CLIENT’s subject is injured, becomes ill, or has an extreme emergency that prevents OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY from photographing the event, CLIENT may reschedule photography session based on availability of OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY. Notification of photography session reschedule must be received by OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY at least one (1) hour prior to CLIENT’s scheduled photography session.
In the event of inclement weather, CLIENT or OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY may reschedule the photography session at a later time based on availability of OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY.
In the event that CLIENT cancels the photography sessions after payment is received by OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY and session is not to be rescheduled by CLIENT, CLIENT shall forfeit the session fee.
In the event that CLIENT does not appear for the photography session at the scheduled time or fails to notify OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY of rescheduling at least one (1) hour prior to CLIENT’s scheduled photography session, CLIENT shall forfeit the session fee.
Re-Shoots:

If, during the photography session and/or before being delivered to CLIENT, the session media has been lost or is unusable because of defect, damage, equipment malfunction, processing, or other technical error caused by OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY, OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY shall re-shoot the session without additional fee.
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY and will not be granted for instances pertaining to CLIENT and/or CLIENT’s subject appearance, weather-related issues, or deviation from the recommendations of OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY.
Cooperation:

CLIENT and OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY agree to respectful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this Agreement. OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography sessions or for missed images due to details not revealed to OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY.
OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY recommends CLIENT designate a pre-consultation with OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY to highlight important individuals for the session or for whom CLIENT wishes to include in informal, candid, or group photographs.
No cameras, cellular telephone cameras, camcorders, or any other type of recording devices are allowed during photography sessions unless a prior arrangement has been made with OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY. This arrangement must be in the form of a written Agreement modification signed by the Parties.
Images and Copyrights:

OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY SHALL RETAIN OWNERSHIP OF THE COPYRIGHT IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS IT PRODUCES. The photographs produced by OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY may not be reproduced in any manner without OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY's explicit written permission. Upon final payment, CLIENT SHALL HAVE LIMITED ROYALTY-FREE LICENSE TO USE the resulting images, FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. IT INCLUDES A LICENSE TO MAKE PRINTS OR HAVE PRINTS MADE FOR PERSONAL USE AND SHARING (INCLUDING REPRODUCTION OF PHOTOGRAPHS IN BOOKS, CALENDARS OR OTHER ITEMS FOR PERSONAL USE), AS WELL USE A LICENSE TO POST THE PHOTOGRAPHS TO THE USER'S PERSONAL BLOG(S), WEB SITES, AND SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS. Photographs may not be otherwise copied, scanned, printed, shared, altered, or otherwise uploaded/downloaded without express WRITTEN permission of OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY. CLIENT must obtain written permission from, and compensate OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY prior to the CLIENT, or any Third Parties, publishing, selling, or redistributing the images for profit.
Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Model Release:

CLIENT and/or CLIENT subjects hereby grant to OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of CLIENT and/or CLIENT subjects, or in which CLIENT and/or CLIENT subjects may be included, for trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same; and to copyright the same. CLIENT hereby releases OLDFIELDS PHOTOGRAPHY from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
