It sure is bittersweet when one of my “watch me grow” babies turns a year old. Most of the time I have documented them as a newborn and then again at six months old, with the last session being their birthday session. Amelie is just adorable and has changed so much her first year. We had a great session that ended with a cake smash. She loved her cake and indulged for quite some time. Actually, I think that she would have kept eating cake had we let her for an even longer time!
